As hard as rock. As warm as wood. The new generation of Nadura is setting the pace

30.09.13

At this year's in-house trade show in Rüthen/Meiste, MeisterWerke is taking a sporting approach to its practical product testing: in one of the halls, the new 'Nadura' product category is putting its special qualities to the test in the MEISTER indoor cart race. MEISTER has further optimised its collection and created a new Nadura generation: 'As hard as rock. As warm as wood.' With its current surface finishes such as the 'rust' and 'rustic wood' décors, the NB 400 Nadura collection takes first place also in visual terms.

It goes without saying that the exceptionally robust, abrasion resistant and non-skid Nadura flooring is all set to pass its five-day endurance test in Meiste with flying colours: its special mix of materials makes the Nadura flooring so durable that it satisfies the highest utility class, 34, for commercial use. Accordingly, MeisterWerke provides a lifetime guarantee for its residential products and a 10-year guarantee for its commercial ones. In a comparative in-house test, the Nadura flooring survived the impact of a dumbbell dropped from the height of one metre practically unscathed, while the conventional ceramic tiled flooring broke into many pieces.

Design and visuals in a class of their own

MeisterWerke has once again improved the Nadura product configuration for their current flooring collection in the 395 x 853 mm format: instead of a conventional HDF board, a special AquaSafe board now forms the stable middle layer of the planks. The surfaces are rather less structured. The required 3D effect is maintained, however.

The interplay with different structures and attractive shades of colour in grey, brown and cream determine the new look of the second Nadura generation. The variety is possible due to a larger range of powder colours. The high-quality floorings are available in tone-in-tone designs and with the designs oscillating in terms of their colours and patterns. From the smooth matt finish pores in the 'rust' visuals to the authentic, profiled 'rustic wood' in light to dark, the range includes everything. The surface structures in the character of stone and wood surfaces lend the NB 400 Nadura collection a timelessly attractive appearance. In this way, the products enable a modern, design-oriented flooring which suits different lifestyles.

As strong as an ox thanks to innovative technology

The unique visuals and touch of the Nadura flooring are due to the innovative wood powder technology. MeisterWerke was the first in the world to successfully manufacture this product on a serial basis. The Nadura wear layer is a homogeneous, natural material combination of wood fibres, mineral substances and colourings which are pressed together under pressure and at high temperature. The result is a healthy material which combines the warmth of wood with the durability of rock. The Nadura surface is up to three times thicker than on laminate flooring. Due to the stable special AquaSafe layer in the middle layer, the planks in the new Nadura products are especially durable, resistant and break proof. If extreme wear causes a small dent, the Nadura surface can be improved with the MEISTER repair kit.

The pleasant warmth of the Nadura planks is a genuine plus on unheated floors. They are also excellent for laying on floors with controlled hot water underfloor heating. It goes without saying that with these anti-slip floors, an antistatic configuration is standard. The proven Masterclic Plus technology provided with the Nadura planks ensures the famous installation comfort of the MEISTER products. Like all MEISTER products, Nadura features the Blue Angel label as an environmentally friendly product.

Making heavily used walls attractive again

This indestructible high-tech product also proves its exceptional product attributes in the NP 300 wall panel collection: extreme abrasion resistance and easy cleaning make the Nadura panels ideal for use as wall panels where an especially high level of durability is required, for example, in corridors, children's bedrooms and the kitchen, and also in public buildings. This is one place where it's okay to touch. Practical click systems guarantee rapid installation to walls and ceilings. And since knocks and bumps leave no impression on the Nadura panels whatsoever, their high-quality rock and wood visuals remain an eye-catching addition to every wall even after they have been used for many years.
